Your cam room is the place you set the mood to, well, get yourself and your fans in the mood! But just because your room is typically situated just-so doesn’t mean it has to stay that way all year.
It just so happens that Halloween is around the corner. Spice up your shows and get festive-fun by decorating your room for the holiday. We’ve compiled a list of five amazing spooky-themed room scenes that will help you and your fans celebrate — boo!
1. Haunted House
If you want to set a scene that’s simple but classic, a haunted house cam room is the perfect choice. To achieve the look, simply add a few atmospheric visual twists.
If you’d like to go the classic haunted house look, hang a few cobwebs, light some candles and get a smoke machine going — that’s it!
In this scene, you could dress like someone in a haunted house — just a normal girl next door who’s out for a night of haunts. Or, you could dress like a vampy woman who resides in the haunted house. Dress in a black satin nightgown with a simple red lip.

This weekend I decorated the house for Halloween. The living room has gone to the birds… and the bats 🦇 The pumpkins that were once lining the stairway got moved into the fireplace. The bats were cut out of black construction paper and are just stuck to the wall with tape. I made those bats years ago and reuse them year after year. Definitely my cheapest and most favorite Halloween decorations ever. What’s your favorite item to decorate with for Halloween? . . You can get immediate source info (including a source for similar paper bats) a few different ways: 1️⃣ Download the @LIKEtoKNOW.it app and follow me there 2️⃣ Screenshot this photo to get shopable links in the @LIKEtoKNOW.it app 3️⃣ Visit the Shop My Instagram page on my blog https://crazy-wonderful.com . . http://liketk.it/2xEZX @liketoknow.it @liketoknow.it.home #liketkit #LTKhome
2. Vampire Lair
A vampire lair scene can be simply set with just a few tweaks. Outfit your room in dark purple and red, as well as black velvet blankets, pillows and backdrops. Keep the lighting camera-ready but low, and add a few atmospheric candles for sensual lighting.
Next, outfit yourself in something that’s either lacy or velvet embellished—dark colors are best. Makeup can be simple, but striking. A bold eye and a brick red lip — or a black lip even — is ideal.

3. Final Girl
If you’re a true horror fan similar, you may want to use the season to set the scene from a favorite film where the final girl concept is used.
In horror film lore, a final girl is known as the last woman who’s left alive at the end of the movie. So, Jamie Lee Curtis in Halloween, Marilyn Burns in Texas Chain Saw Massacre and Neve Campbell in Scream are all examples, but there are many more.
If you choose to go this route, simply style your room to look like the film set of your choosing. Dress, of course, in the liking of the final girl of your choosing, too.

Sidney Prescott is the main heroine and protagonist of the Scream movie series. She is also the daughter of Maureen and Neil Prescott, the cousin of Jill Roberts, the niece of Kate Roberts and the half-sister of Roman Bridger. She proved herself as a survivor when she defeated the Woodsboro Killers, Billy Loomis and Stu Macher. Sidney tried to live a normal life away from the limelight, but the Ghostface killers struck again while she attended Windsor College. That time it was Mrs. Loomis and Mickey Altieri, who were behind the murders. Mrs. Loomis was looking for revenge on Sidney for killing her son and Mickey just wanted a famous trial. Sidney once again survived, but chose to live in a secluded home in the woods with negligible contact with the outside world. When Roman Bridger forced her out of hiding, she confronted him in Hollywood and finally found some closure. 10 years later, she wrote a book on her experiences with the hope of helping others to overcome their traumas. However, upon her subsequent return to her home town, a new set of killings caused her life to spin out of control once more. This time they were orchestrated by her cousin Jill Roberts in her obsession of being famous with the help of Charlie Walker. She was portrayed by Neve Campbell @nevecampbell #newpost #scream #scream2 #scream3 #scream4 #1996 #1997 #2000 #2011 #finalgirl #sidneyprescott #horror #slasher #thriller #badass ❤️❤️♡♡☠️🔪🔫
4. Vintage Horror
If you love vintage, retro decor and adore dressing in the likeness of women who made “vampy horror” what it is today, then this is the set you’ll want to construct.
Although horror is filled with sexy women anyone can dress as, Elvira, Vampira and the Bride of Frankenstein are the fictional women that seem to appeal to us the most.
Elvira: Get a maroon, retro couch and light as many white candles as possible. Dress in the vein of Elvira.
Vampira: Although Vampira and Elvira have very similar looks, Vampira’s room is more haunted house-esque. Obtain a similar couch, secure a few plastic skulls to the back of the couch and set up a few cobwebs and tombstones on back of the couch. Dress in the likeness of Vampira.
Bride of Frankenstein: Set up a tiny laboratory with beakers, glass bottles, a white stretcher-like table, chains and candles. Dress like the Bride of Frankenstein.
5. Witch’s Den
Last year, we told you how to set your own shrine and the materials you need in which to cast spells. So, simply bring these items in your room.
Add to the scene by investing in a cauldron, a witches hat, a broom, and construct a pentagram out of sticks found outside your home. Dress however you’d like, but paint a few witch symbols—such as a pentagram, etc.—on your body to add intrigue.
